Yesterday was a bad day, but it always is this time of year. (backstory here) Today I feel much better. People finally left me alone. 
I sold something on ebay, which gets me motivated to list the rest of my stuff (mostly books), and I finished a couple of curtains for the kitchen. Two down, seven more to go. 
This means the sewing area is useable, and I decided to make a sundress for Emma from some really cute bug fabric.
My romance novel in the making looks like it’ll fly, story-wise.
It looks like Ron will be done one whole side of the house by the end of the week.
Plus – and this is where it gets even better – Ron and I have a date night tonight. We’re dumping them off at Mom’s and we get to go out for dinner and a movie. Not sure which one. Mom’s giving me some movie passes too. I think I’m even going to wear a skirt. Shocking, eh?
Life is good. Sometimes it’s hard to remember.

Sorry your day stunk.Has it been 2 years now since you lost your grandma? So sorry. I’ve lost 2 in the past 5 years. My one grandma died on the day my son was born, about 3 hours after they told her about him. The other grandma died in February, the day before my daughter’s 8th birthday. Now I’ll always tie their birthdays in my mind with the loss of my grandmas. How weird. On a brighter note,I want to see your ebay stuff, so I’m off.
