The other day Emma & I were talking about her hospital experience. I was wondering how she felt (okay, I was worried) when she went to the operating room, and I asked her if she was scared.
“Oh no Mommy,” she told me, “I wasn’t a-scared.”
I breathed a little sigh of relief until she said, “But I did cry a little.”
“You did?” I asked, getting all sad.
“Yes, because I was worried about you.”
She’s tearin’ up my heart
She’ll be so proud
I checked my stats and found Google Search: my mom is crazy. I’m #6 out of over 3 million!
Who says blogging is a waste of time? She’ll be talking about this for months.
Same stuff, different day
Mom called to nag me to post. Funny thing is, when it’s not my turn, I can thing of oodles to write, but when I’m here, my brain goes blank or I have other stuff to tackle.
Working on stuff for Carol.
Working on stuff for the Canadian Homeschool Resource Page.
Doing laundry, going to mom’s for supper to celebrate Groundhog Day. Yeah, it’s tomorrow, I know.
Addison is good, he picked up a bunch of job apps last night.
Emma is good, even though one of her teeth hurts the odd time, she won’t take anything for it. I told her to let me know when the pain was worse than the yuckiness of the Tylenol. She painted a picture & played barbies with her sisters, plus ran around in circles, so she’s not too bad at all.
Giggle for the day
Another lisa has me linked on her sidebar under “Chaos Parenting- 4 + children!” Hee! Chaos doesn’t cover it some days.
