Really, they are too kind!

The American Homeschool Association has jumped on the blogging bandwagon in a big way, even with their latest blog: AHA Weblogs Blog which showcases homeschooling weblogs from all over.
The beautiful and talented Kim from Relaxed Homeskool did the first review of yours truly.

So now I’m Sally Feild-ing all over the place. “You like me! You REALLY like me!”

(and a big part of my brain keeps wanting to say if I blogged even half the stuff in my head that I want to, my blog would be *so* much better.)

Yeah, he’s smart all right. Dead, too.

The other night, Addison took an online IQ test.

I know, I know… but bear with me here. I actually find them “ballpark” accurate because I *did* have a real IQ test done, so I know about around where I am.
Ron and I like to take them just because we are geeks like that, and to see when we’re slipping. He always gets better than I do, around a 10 to 30 point lead depending on the test.

So he sends me his results then asked me what I normally get. I tell him. He asked me what Ron normally gets and I tell him. Addison’s score is between ours, so I ask him, “So what you’re telling me is, you are smarter than I am, but not quite as smart as Dad?”

“Well yeah, ” he answers, “But I already knew that!”

Gotta get out of my house

Finally got some sleep. It stopped snowing and the world outside looks nice and even melty. Sarah & I want to head to the pawn shop and get us some new music.
(I know, we are so 2000! )
I’m thinking pizza for lunch. I have a big chicken I forgot I had now thawing for supper.
Mom, wanna feed us tomorrow night?

Extremely disjointed and rambly

Snow is whirling around outside, and it took me a few minutes to realize it was also March break. I think my kids are taking it next week. At least, that’s what Sarah said. Meaghan already looks like she’s on holiday.

(Edited to add: Okay, so it’s next week. See how spacey I am?)

Have to call the mechanic about my van, and all I can remember is his first name and where he is.

Almost done Carol’s new blog and it’s turning out really nice.

Have a zillion things in my head I’d love to work on, none of them verbal. There’s a contest out for WordPress 1.5 themes and I really really want to re-do my Tulip layout I had and also the Sunflower one. Gee, think I like flowers? ;)

Big long to-do list and I’m tired. Thanks to all who have answered the 80′s questions, and yes I have some in mind for next Sunday/Monday!
