Well, Shaye and I made the fudge that last night-it took , oh, 2 and 1/2 minutes. :) The only problem? My rookie self sprayed the pan with PAM(butter flavored), can you see where this is going? Despite the slimy fake butter shmuck on the bottom, the fudge tastes good. I must get some wax paper( and some chopped nuts?) for next time!
