    Not only is it beautiful, I also salivated when I saw the first picture because it’s breakfast time here and at first glance it resembled a torte of some sort!

    Having watched someone with much more experience than me, I know they could have accomplished that in less time. But, I thought I got along pretty good (about 3 pc/hr). I only broke 1 piece doing the sharp curves (which are what makes it so time consuming). I expect that in another 5 hours I’ll be close to ready to soldering the whole piece. Straight lines and shallow curves go much faster (there are 29 pcs left).

    awwwwwwww that is so beautiful !! My mom used to make that stuff and she was pretty good. Me? I am lousy when ti comes to working with my hands…forget about it !! Great job Ron
