I didn’t know you were a Tori Amos fan. I have all of her stuff and play it often and loudly.
Not ready to make nice is my current favourite song.
I see you like Rammstein. My son is a big fan. Have you ever listened to TOOL? Opeth is another band along the same lines.
My own tastes in music are just as eclectic–maybe even a little schizo. On the same CD I’ll have Ella Fitzgerald two songs away from Aerosmith. Right now I have “Stairway to Heaven in my head.” Most recently listened to on the CD player in my car:
l. Mickey’s Monkey
2. I second that emotion
3. Keepin’ the Faith
4. River of Dreams
Can’t think of anything else off the top of my head.
I thought I had pretty eclectic taste, but I’ve only heard of eight of the artists on your list. Guess I’m more sheltered than I think!
I can only place about 4 songs, although I’ve heard of more artists.
Let’s see, I like James Blunt, but not that track. Much prefer Goodbye my lover.
There would have to be some Eva Cassidy in there, love her music. And someone did a track called “Sand and water”, but I don’t know who. For some reason I’ve got that playing over and over in my mind.
And then one of my colleagues at work has a ringtone on one of his (three!) phones that is the theme tune for The Fall Guy. Just imagine having that stuck in your head while you’re programming.
