Yard sale? Not so good, only fifteen to twenty bucks in.
Birthday party that afternoon with SEVENTEEN other children. Emma was the one who was upset most of the time, and naturally, on walking in the door back home, declared to Daddy she had a GREAT time.
Glo-stick bracelets from the dollar store keep kids amused for hours, even big kids. Artsy photos to follow, maybe.
Today, doing tons of laundry. Packing. Loading up the smaller car (nto the gas-guzzing van) so the girls and I can all go spend the week with him. More on that later, I think.
Sarah got called in for a job interview this afternoon for Subway. Cool beans. Dream job for her.
Off to make more lists and cross some thing off!

I worked at Subway in college, for about a year or so before we got married. I loved Subway sandwiches when I worked there, but after quitting it was a while before I could stand the smell of the hot bread/mayo/mustard/ combination smell when I would walk into a Subway. It’s weird to type that I couldnt’ stand the smell of bread, but it wasn’t just the bread, it was the whole combination of smells. Now, I still love going to Subway and drag my kids there when I can (they don’t have cool kid’s toys so they balk).
