So much so, I almost filled the card in my camera. Twice. You know how I said the sun sets over the lake? I think I’m gonna make a Flickr set of all the sunsets for a year.
Should be interesting and beautimous.
I’ve also been taking pictures of any home reno work we’ve been doing. Poor Ron, having the camera click while he’s working.
And I usually say something along the lines of, “Don and Christine are gonna LOVE this one!”
I know this picture is dark, but it shows the pipe for the washer hose directly above an electrical socket attached to the *outside* of the wall. Now, I know I probably don’t have any plumbers or electricians reading, but I’m sure my average reader can identify what would happen in case the washer leaks or overflows.
So we fixed that right away. Here’s how it looks now:

Although we are not impressed with those newfangled compression fittings.
I think I’ve uploaded the best of the rest from May so far.

Now, an electrical box that close to water reminds me of something our Mr. Fixit would do. He had NO common sense. Just the kind of people they make laws to prevent them from doing such things.
We can’t help but be jealous, but at the same time relieved that it’s not us looking at your to-do list.
Oh, oh, what a great place to live! and great pictures.
Actually, the compression fittings are the ones I like. It’s the other ones that are a pain.
