So it’s pouring rain here today and my satellite Internet keeps going out. My satellite tv is still fine. The funny bit? They are both pointed at the same satellite. (Yeah, we know this for sure as Ron worked for both companies at one time.)
It’s also chilly. We are all shivering in sweatshirt and heavy pants. Except Emma, who is still not wearing socks and is not cold. Where are you summer?
Oh, the baby robins all flew away. The groundhog dug a hole in our side yard. He barely missed a patch of columbines, or I woudl have had to do something to him myself.
Did I mention it was raining? We are also having a mattress delivered sometime today. Of course they couldn’t come this morning and leave the afternoon open for errands and visiting.
Darn it, I forgot what else I was going to write.
I think we’re having your summer PLUS ours – it’s supposed to be 110 F today. Way, way too hot.
Rain here too. And the Rock and Roll Oldies fireworks were supposed to be tonight.
