Like a tea party but not really

We had a busy weekend. Some of it was restful too, the best parts were when Ron didn’t have to go anywhere without us. Sarah also dyed her hair on Friday with my help. It was supposed to be purple/mauve but it turned out more red-to-magenta. It depends on the light or who you ask. Still looks cool though.

Saturday night, we headed into Freddy Town to go to a little party with Kaytlyn’s parents. Had a great time. Overall, I am more convinced those two kids are perfect for each other. Also? K’s parents own a tea shop. Mmmmm… tea…

(That’s Trinitea’s Cup on Regent. )

The rest of the weekend I did really fun things like cook and do laundry. I even ironed Ron’s work clothes. I don’t know if it was him being home or the cooler weather, but I am starting to come around a bit back to my old self. We got some things shuffled in the office area and a few more boxes unpacked here and there.

Maybe by the time spring rolls around, any unpacked boxes will wind up in a yard sale. :D

Well, after month and months of change and hard work I bet you a day of just hanging out with family and dear friends was welcome. I hope you have many more this fall.
