My. God! That's it. Forget Alaska. I am SO moving to Canada. Why is it so cheap there? Are there like, jobs there? I am in a very cheap area of the US and you would get at least twice that much for your house here, maybe thrice! (I love that word, thrice. Sounds so classy.) But prices here are relatively low because there are no decent jobs (hence the dh in Alaska). Oh. My. God! That’s it. Forget Alaska. I am SO moving to Canada.

With the land, you're probably looking at more than that and in the Bridle Path neighbourhood (just down the street from Prince, I expect) Good luck with the sale - it looks wonderful!
