Wow that *is* tiny. I have the Creative Zen V Plus and that seems small but yours is even smaller. By the way, I have had a couple of the Creative players over the past couple of years (two because I dropped the first) and Sage has one as well and we both love them.
Not bad on the price either. My old 2gig ipod was $150.
