1. I can look out any windows and see green (well, one freshly plowed brown) fields.
2. There’s hardly any traffic noises, except for the occasional sound of a tractor or extra large piece of farm equipment.
3. I can get to the post office in about a minute and a half. With Emma.
4. I can wear my slippers outside to that walk to the post office.
5. No one cares about #4.
