“Unsurprisingly.” Snort!
The WHO did a study that was reported in Mothering magazine on co-sleeping. The results were that it was safe in most instances. Not recommended for overly obese, drug impared (legal or not), drinking, smokers, and extremely tired. Not surprisingly the biggest detractors are crib manufacturers and most of the US studies were funded by them. First time I have wholeheartedly agreed with WHO.

People should learn how to make their own decisions. Sure, studies might raise some issues worth considering but we aren’t all the same. I am disappointed in how many people have no confidence in their own ability to make a decision about almost anything.
