Hello world!

Thanks to my wonderful intelligent charming daughter (is that enough sucking up Andrea?) I now have my own little corner of the internet.  So join me in my middle aged rambles about cooking, quilting, building a new home in the country and enjoying the world.  Any excuse to avoid doing housework………………….Mam
