It has been awhile since I posted a recipe. Here’s a chicken and a vegetarian version for quick Naan pizza.
Chicken Naan – Saute half of a medium onion with 1/2 red pepper until soft.Â
Spread Diana’s barbecue sauce over one slice of  PC Naan bread. Add one cup of cooked diced chicken, 1/2 of the sauteed onions and red peppers. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Vegetarian Naan – Spread Sacla basil pesto over one slice of Naan bread.  Add the cooked onions, red peppers, sun-dried red tomatoes and sliced black olives. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.Â
Bake both pizzas in a 400 degree oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Apparently the chicken naan looked so tasty, my DH could not wait until I took the picture before biting into it.


it looks very good. I have never heard of that dough. It looks like pita bread sort of?
OH DAMN Mam. That looks ridiculously tasty! I think I know what we’re having for dinner tonight…
