Nothing to crow about

Here we are, Wednesday already. It’s been a quiet week, the weather has been tolerable, a bit of snow this evening. On Friday though the temperature will plummet to minus 25, something I’m not looking forward to. But I am looking forward to the weekend, my grandson and his family are moving into their new apartment.

DH and I have volunteered to help out by bringing lunch to feed the hungry moving crew. We will get the chance to visit with our grand-daughters and great-grand-daughters, and their parents of course.

On the home front, all is well. The quilt I began on New Year’s Day is slowly coming together.

DH had to move the metal crow out of the window as Porsche would not stop yowling and attacking it. I’m glad to report that there is now an uneasy truce between the two. So all round it has been a quiet week, just the way I like it.
